Iphoto Reflection

Yeah. Its two days late. Sorry >.<


1. Upload your slideshow as a movie to your blog posting. [If you have trouble with this, check to see that you exported it in the correct format.]

2. List the search terms (words) that you used to find images (for the letters of your name and the images that describe you) and why?

I mainly typed in the letter I needed ala "a".
Unless I was looking for a specific letter such as the "s" in the heart. For that I looked up "Mystery skateboard logo"
3. What skills did you use/learn in this project?
I learned that you can make a movie/slideshow in powerpoint

4. Describe how you might use these skills and apply them to a real-world situation.
For making virtual photo albums/scrapbooks.

5. This was a more creative project than our first 2. Did you prefer it or the more cut and dry assignments in Word and Excel?
YES. I love being able to create my own things, and to be left on my own devices to make a more interesting

6. How did your project use the transformative property of borrowed images, music, and information to comply with the Copyright Law of 1976? [...not just that you cited the information - citing is not enough...tell me how you transformed what you've taken into something new, etc., How did you transform the music, information, images, etc.?

I cropped some pictures, added tones, and retouched the photos to transform them for my uses.

Mail Merge Reflection

3. How did you get the audience’s attention in the first paragraph?
 I drew their attention to the devastating losses in Japan

4. What skills did you use/learn in this project?
I learned how to merge Excel and Word
5. What was the easiest part of this project? What was the most difficult part of this project?

The easiest was writing the paper. The hardest was the adding all the contacts to excel.

6. Describe how you might use these skills and apply them to a real-world situation other than writing a charity letter.
I might use this for a business letter, or how the school uses it for mass letters.
7. Did you learn something new during this project that you did not know before?  If so, what? 
I learned how to merge the letters.

I used the auto-sum, the average button, i also used the auto-graph function.

4.  What other skills did you use/learn in this project?
I learned how to use the auto-sum button.

5.  What “extras” (colors, decorations, etc.) did you add to your project?
I added colors to the words and the pie chart.
6.  What are some other uses you may have for a simple excel spreadsheet?
To calculate buisness earnings, revenue, and royalties.

About Me - Tech Class Post 1

3.) The photo below shows my life. In my free time I listen to music and game. And the ten represents the years I've been playing music and when I first got into gaming. Metal, Alternative, and Alt. Punk are my favorite genres. FP Shooters, Sports, TP Action games, and Platformer/Puzzle games are my favorite game types.
